Our theme for the 2024-25 school year, based on the teachings of our founder, J. Krishnamurti, is “A Light to Oneself, A Light to the World.”

A crisp morning welcomed families and friends as they returned to campus today after winter break. High school students tossed their origami reflections into the fire, while parents gathered in the Main House for coffee, tea, and conversation. Middle schoolers made their way to the flowing river bottom, and the flow of the day continued with classes, lunchtime, friendships, and laughter. The song was performed by faculty and staff during the in-service meeting last week as we prepared the campus, classrooms, and ourselves for the new semester. One interpretation of this traditional Nepalese piece is: "In the eyes of a flower, the world is a flower. In the eyes of a thorn, the world is a thorn." 🌻
